How it works
1. RESERVE & CUSTOMISE YOUR ORDER
Get in touch with Jill & Dan to reserve your beef or lamb, then complete our online order form to confirm your order and select how you’d like your cuts prepared and packaged.
2. WE’LL TAKE IT FROM HERE
Your animal will be transported to a licensed processor before being expertly butchered, vacuum-sealed and packed according to your selections.
Once processed, we’ll receive the final dressed weight of your order, which determines your final purchase price.
3. FINALISE YOUR ORDER
We’ll be in touch before collection to confirm your final dressed weight, total purchase price and the outstanding balance.
4. COLLECTION
Collect your order from Forestvale Station, stock the freezer and enjoy locally raised beef or lamb with your family.
